Explosion on Civilian Vessel Near Odesa
An explosion occurred on an unidentified explosive device affecting a civilian vessel in the Black Sea, close to Odesa.
This was reported by the spokesperson for the Naval Forces of Ukraine, Dmytro Pletenchuk, in a comment to Suspilne.
He stated that all crew members were unharmed. Currently, an inspection of the vessel is underway, and it is likely to continue its journey under its own power.
"We are doing everything necessary to ensure a high level of safety for civilian navigation. However, despite our best efforts, such incidents can still happen," Pletenchuk added.
