New Regulations for TCC and SP Employees
Starting September 1, all employees of the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SP) will be required to wear body cameras to record the delivery of summons and document checks.
This was announced by Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal.
"As of September 1, all TCC and SP employees must wear body cameras and record video during document checks or the delivery of summons. Any violation of recording rules will result in disciplinary action," Shmyhal stated.
According to him, this initiative aims to ensure transparency and legality in the operations of the notification groups and to protect the rights of both the conscripted individuals and the TCC employees.
Currently, the provision of body cameras stands at about 85%. Efforts are ongoing to procure additional devices.
