New service in "Reserv+" for paying fines
A new feature has been added to the "Reserve+" app — online fine payment.
According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, military personnel can now pay fines for not updating their information by July 16, 2024, with a 50% discount.
It is noted that by paying the fine, individuals can quickly resolve administrative violation cases and remove the red tape from their documents in the app.
"In the initial version of the service, only the fine for late data updates will be available. Payment for other military accounting violations will be introduced later. The fine must be paid within 20 days of receiving the decision. If not paid on time, the full amount of 17,000 UAH will be charged. If not paid within 40 days of receiving the decision from the TCC, the fine will double, and the case will be forwarded to the enforcement service," the ministry stated.
To pay the fine online, users need to:
- update the "Reserve+" app to the latest version and log in;
- navigate to the "Online Fines" section, submit a statement recognizing the violation, and receive a decision from the TCC within three days;
- after this, the app will allow payment of the fine of 8,500 UAH — 50% of the total amount; as a result, the violation and the red tape will be removed.
"Online fines are a service that solves issues that previously required personal visits to the TCC or police intervention. In the "Reserve+" app, we offer a simple, transparent, and humane alternative — just as it is done in Ukraine with other administrative fines. This is another example of how digital services work for the benefit of Ukrainians," explained Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development Kateryna Chernohorenko.
The ministry noted that fines will be rolled out gradually to evenly distribute the load, and the full service will be available within a few days.
As a reminder, in April 2025, the "Reserve+" app introduced the ability to receive notifications about the status of military obligations. Currently, you can download extended data from the "Oberih" register to understand what data is available about you, such as your workplace or any violations. The app also now includes categories for requests to correct data, allowing you to update your workplace to expedite the booking process.
