New Grants for Businesses: Support for the Processing Industry
The Ministry of Economy has announced the results of the first selection of applications for grants for processing enterprises in 2025. A total of 28 applicants received positive decisions amounting to 157.9 million UAH.
According to the ministry's press service, 147.4 million UAH is allocated for 24 legal entities, and 10.5 million UAH for 4 individual entrepreneurs.
State support will go to manufacturers of agricultural machinery, medical and electrical equipment, printing, food products, clothing, and other goods.
The program is financed from the state budget (through the Ministry of Economy) and the State Employment Service's unemployment insurance fund.
In 2024, the state provided 375 grants totaling 1.8 billion UAH.
The Ministry noted that applications are accepted continuously in waves of two weeks. A new wave started on March 29, and documents can be submitted via the 'Diia' app.

In the first month of 2025, Ukrainian entrepreneurs submitted 201 applications for grants totaling over 1.07 billion UAH, which is an increase of almost 40% compared to last year.
