Ukraine's Financial Revenues in June 2025
In June 2025, the state budget of Ukraine received 241.2 billion UAH in taxes and fees, a significant increase compared to May, when this amount was 204.8 billion UAH.
This information is provided by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
The main sources of revenue, controlled by tax and customs authorities, include:
- 49.7 billion UAH – dividends from state-owned enterprises;
- 43.5 billion UAH – VAT on imported goods;
- 30.1 billion UAH – personal income tax;
- 24.4 billion UAH – excise tax;
- 21.7 billion UAH – VAT on goods produced in Ukraine;
- 5.2 billion UAH – corporate profit tax;
- 4.4 billion UAH – import and export duties;
- 3 billion UAH – rent payments for natural resource use.
Additionally, international aid in the form of grants amounting to 43.9 billion UAH became an important source for the state budget.
In total, for June 2025, the general and special funds of the budget received 325.5 billion UAH in taxes and fees.
In the first half of 2025, the general fund of the budget received 1.3 trillion UAH, while both funds received 1.87 trillion UAH.
Cash expenditures during this period amounted to 2.4 trillion UAH, including 1.87 trillion UAH from the general fund.
State borrowings for the half-year reached 856.2 billion UAH, which is 87% of the planned amount.
