Enhancing Municipal Services in Odessa
Employees of the Municipal Enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Fontansky» work daily to improve the cleanliness of the yards they manage.
Twice a day, the cleaners perform various cleaning tasks (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, washing garbage bins, etc.).
Additionally, municipal workers carry out grass cutting, tree trimming, and maintenance of flower beds and lawns around the buildings they service.
Moreover, specialists from the «Housing and Communal Services «Fontansky» respond to residents’ requests for repairs of building life-support systems (replacement and repair of heating, water supply, sewage systems, electricity supply, roofs, and entrances, etc.).
Since the beginning of October, the company's workers have carried out restoration and cleaning of drainage pipes and gutters at the following addresses: Pirogovska St., 7/9, Knizhkiv Lane, 5, Biscuit Lane, 16, Segedska St., 11, M. Arnautska St., 1, 2, 7, 96, 87, 76, Spyridonivska St., 14 and 33, Rishelievska St., 76, Mariinska St., 1 and 6, Kanatna St., 95, Staroporto-Frankivska St., 109, and Italian Boulevard, 8.
Current roof repairs (replacement of the cover and gutter) have been carried out at the address: Staroporto-Frankivska St., 137b.
As part of the preparation for the heating season, specialists have performed repairs of networks in the elevator unit at Mariinska St., 6 and replaced central heating pipes at European St., 85.
