Enhancing Urban Green Spaces in Odesa
The municipal enterprise «Mіskzelenrest» has expanded its fleet with modern machines designed for stump removal.
Recently, the organization acquired a cherry picker with a boom reach of 35 meters, surpassing standard aerial lifts.
This machinery is already in active use on the streets of Odesa, contributing significantly to urban improvement.
The new lift greatly enhances the company's capabilities in tree trimming, especially for tall poplars, ensuring safer and more efficient operations.
«We also witnessed the new stump remover in action. According to municipal workers, previously, removing a single stump could take physically strong workers several days. Now, this equipment can eliminate a stump with a diameter of up to one meter in just an hour,» said Odesa's mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov.
Currently, KП “Mіskzelenrest” is developing a work plan for 2025 that incorporates this new technology for urban beautification.
