According to the Hydrometeorological Center, heavy rains were reported in Odesa on October 7.

Here’s the situation on Odesa's roads as of 8:00 AM on October 7:

• Shchogoleva Street — one lane is flooded, but traffic is still flowing;
• Odarija Street (port) — one and a half lanes are flooded, yet passage is unobstructed;
• Yarmarkovy Lane — water level is about 10 cm, and traffic remains free.

The municipal services in Odesa are operating at an increased capacity to ensure safe traffic throughout the city.
