Compensation for Destroyed Housing in Odesa
During the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Odesa City Council, 16 decisions of the Commission on Compensation for Housing Destroyed by the Enemy were approved for Prince Yaroslav the Wise Avenue and Skisna Street.
According to the protocol of the commission on technogenic and ecological safety, the building on Skisna Street has been declared irreparable and will be demolished. All 18 apartments may submit documents for compensation for the destroyed property.
Today, the Executive Committee approved 13 decisions of the city commission totaling over 18.3 million hryvnias, while 5 more apartments are in the process of completing their applications. Regarding Prince Yaroslav the Wise Avenue, 4 apartments have been recognized as destroyed, of which 3 have already submitted compensation claims totaling nearly 6.7 million hryvnias.
«These decisions will serve as a basis for obtaining housing certificates under the state program eRestoration. In the future, residents of the destroyed apartments will be able to reserve funds and purchase new housing,» said Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov.
