Competition for the Best Social Advertising of the Ukrainian Language
In order to promote and support the Ukrainian language among the residents of the Odessa territorial community, a competition for the best social advertising on the theme «Promotion of the Ukrainian Language» will be held from October 29 to November 29, 2024.
The main goal of the competition is to enhance the significance of the Ukrainian language, foster respect and love for it, showcase its beauty, encourage learning, develop national consciousness, and support the creative abilities of the youth in the Odessa region.
The competition will take place in two stages:
Stage I - submission of entries;
Stage II - evaluation of works by the jury and determination of winners.
To participate in the competition, please submit your application to the email address of the Department of Internal Policy of the Odessa City Council: dep_vp@omr.gov.ua (with the note «Social Advertising Competition»).
Requirements for entries:
1. Technical requirements:
- informational posters can be created graphically or drawn by hand.
2. Entries must be new and unpublished.
3. Participants must adhere to the following conditions:
- content must not violate the laws of Ukraine;
- text should be brief, clear, and original;
- emotional coloration, use of colors, fonts, illustrations, and graphic elements;
- absence of false information;
- relevance to the competition theme;
4. Entries must not contain:
- authors' names, addresses, phone numbers, commercial information, religious symbols, references to advertising, political parties, or anti-state expressions;
- depictions of violence, discrimination, vandalism, or any material that diminishes human dignity;
- promotion of harmful habits;
- any infringement of intellectual property rights;
5. Works must be in the Ukrainian language.
6. Entries must not contain offensive information or violate moral principles.
7. Participants confirm their consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on the protection of personal data.
8. Participants are responsible for copyright and the information contained in their works.
9. Works that are:
- non-compliant with competition requirements;
- contain plagiarism;
- submitted after the deadline, are not allowed.
