Drone Strikes Cause Fires and Damage in Odesa Region
Last night, drone strikes led to fires and significant destruction in private homes. In the Odesa region, a residential building of 100 m2 was destroyed, causing a fire that firefighters promptly extinguished. Roofs of several residential buildings, an outbuilding, two garages, three cars, a fence, and a gas pipeline were also damaged, but no subsequent fires occurred. At another location, two garages were destroyed, resulting in a fire that consumed a car and damaged a residential building.
Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.
A total of 10 units of equipment and 43 firefighters from the State Emergency Service were deployed, along with 3 units and 10 volunteers from local fire brigades.
