Adaptive athletes from Odesa conquered the rowing marathon in Greece
The exciting rowing marathon in Greece has concluded, featuring adaptive athletes from Odessa.
Representing two teams, they navigated a symbolic route along Mount Olympus, showcasing their skills in the strength event of «pulling». The two-day marathon concluded with the launch of the Maritime Events Organisation, attended by dignitaries including the Ukrainian consul in Thessaloniki, Yevhen Shkyvra, and local government representatives. Additionally, a trial row for children was organized.
The Odessa rowing team expressed heartfelt gratitude to the city authorities for their support of adaptive sports and the athletes.
