Honoring the Heroes of Ukraine at the Memorial
Today, at the "To the fighters for Ukraine" memorial site, an important event took place - a remembrance ceremony dedicated to the fallen defenders of our country, who lost their lives in July over the past 11 years of conflict.
This event was organized by Veterans HUB ODESA, the public organization "Hearts of Mothers from Odesa Region", and "Family of Angels of Light". The State Anthem of Ukraine was performed by participants of the Avant-garde Cultural Center.
Family members of the fallen, veterans, soldiers from the special unit “Magura”, representatives of the Council of Churches and religious organizations of Odesa region, the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, the public organization "LEGION 12", Security and Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, representatives of Odesa City Council, the Military Academy in Odesa, ODUVS, and other esteemed guests also participated in the ceremony.
The ceremony was led by the Deputy Head of Veterans HUB ODESA, Mykola Storozhuk.
