This information was shared by the head of state via Telegram.

«I have tasked the formation of a delegation for negotiations with Russia. Rustem Umerov will lead this effort, and the delegation will consist of representatives from Ukrainian intelligence, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the President's Office», - stated Zelensky following the meeting on the outcomes of Ukraine's negotiation efforts.

During the meeting, President Zelensky noted that Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov, reported on the implementation of agreements from the second meeting with the Russian side in Istanbul and the arrangement for a new meeting in the near future.

«Ukraine is ready to work as productively as possible to free our people from captivity, return abducted children, halt killings, and prepare for a meeting of leaders to genuinely end this war. Our position is completely transparent. Ukraine never wanted this war, and it is Russia that must end the war it started», - emphasized the head of state.

He also mentioned that the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, reported on the coordination of diplomatic efforts with partners in Europe and the United States during the meeting.
