New Electronic Registration System in MIA Service Centers

Starting March 4, all MIA service centers will implement a new electronic registration system. The primary goal of this initiative is to fully automate processes and prevent external interference.

Registration for services in the 47 largest MIA service centers, which will adopt the new electronic registration from March 4, will be available three weeks in advance, starting March 25. Each day, the system will automatically generate registrations for the following dates. For instance, on March 5, registrations will be available for March 26, on March 6 for March 27, and so on.

Advance registration is available for:

  • theoretical exams;
  • practical exams;
  • vehicle registration;
  • driver’s license exchange/international driver’s license.

Please note: the number of online registrations is limited. Each individual can make 4 registrations through the electronic system within the current month. For legal entities, the limit is 4 registrations per day.

If necessary, online registrations can be canceled in the system at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

We also emphasize: if a citizen fails to attend the service center 4 times in a month without canceling their registrations, their account will be blocked in the electronic system.

Consultations regarding MIA service center services can be obtained by calling (044) 290-19-88 or visiting the Main MIA Service Center's pages on social media. Answers to frequently asked questions and useful information are available on the official website.
