New Opportunities for Patients in Odesa
With the support of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, the KNP "Odesa Regional Clinical Hospital" has received significant humanitarian aid from American benefactor, former senator John Kachelman through the charity organization "Charitable Foundation for Development and International Horizons Aid" led by Alireza Pahlevanzade.
As part of this initiative, the hospital has been provided with medical supplies and rehabilitation equipment that will assist many patients. The aid received will enhance the conditions for patients and the effectiveness of rehabilitation.
According to doctors, the humanitarian assistance will greatly alleviate the lives of hospital patients, especially those undergoing rehabilitation or with limited mobility.
Overall, the institution received from benefactors:
- wheelchairs to assist people with disabilities;
- standard and elbow crutches to support patients;
- walkers to enable recovering patients to move safely;
- medical clothing for doctors and nurses to ensure sterility;
- adult diapers, which are particularly important for patients with mobility issues;
- gloves used to maintain hygiene during medical services.
These items are crucial for patient treatment and rehabilitation, providing comfort for medical staff and ensuring a high standard of medical care.
The humanitarian aid from the "Charitable Foundation for Development and International Horizons Aid" will also contribute to improving treatment conditions and enhancing patient service quality, allowing the hospital to improve its material and technical base significantly. Cooperation between medical institutions and charitable organizations is essential in the face of modern challenges, including resource shortages.
We express our sincere gratitude to the benefactors for their assistance. We look forward to continued cooperation to support healthcare institutions in Odesa region.
