Intruder Attempted to Enter Apartment on Filatov Street
Today, around 11 AM, patrol officers received a call regarding an attempted illegal entry into a residence on Filatov Street.
The complainant reported that an unknown man was trying to access an apartment on the fourth floor via the balcony.
At the scene, officers found the individual hanging onto the balcony on the 4th floor.
Law enforcement called for firefighters, who safely retrieved the man using a ladder.
During a preliminary search, knives were discovered on him. He was unable to explain his actions.
Additionally, the officers learned that this individual had prior offenses for articles 185 (Theft) and 187 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code.
To clarify the circumstances of the event and provide a legal assessment of the actions of the detained, he was taken to the police station.
