New Features Coming to the MISTO App
From August 6 to 21, 2025, a survey titled «What new digital services would you like to see in the MISTO app? (your priorities)» was held in the MISTO mobile application.
The survey results indicated that the most desired services among Odessa residents are:
• public transport movement information — 19%;
• payment for transport fare — 16%.
Digital transport services will soon be available in MISTO!
Next in popularity:
• ticket purchases (zoo, museums, etc.) — 12%;
• partner services (train and bus tickets, concerts, shows) — 10%.
Equal votes (8%) were received for:
• contacting your district representative;
• tourist routes with audio guides.
In the penultimate place (7%) were:
• medical services (doctor appointments, healthcare services);
• payment of utilities (heating, water, gas, electricity, waste).
The least priority was given by Odessa residents to:
• accessibility maps and barrier-free routes;
• payment of parking fines.
