Fire in Odesa: Resident Rescued
Last night in Odesa, on Troitska Street, a fire broke out on the second floor of a three-story residential building. The balcony and apartment caught fire.
The fire was quickly extinguished.
During the firefighting efforts, rescuers saved the apartment owner (a citizen born in 1992), who suffered cuts while trying to escape on his own. Rescuers provided assistance until the ambulance arrived.
The probable cause of the fire is «carelessness while smoking».
A total of 8 units of equipment and 31 firefighters were involved in extinguishing the fire.
