Coffee with Education: Fundraising for the Armed Forces
The educational institutions in Odesa are hosting an event called "Coffee with Education".
This initiative, proposed a year ago by the Department of Education and Science, has gained support from the citizens and has already become a tradition in our city.
At school fairs, you can purchase delicious treats made with love by our children, parents, and teachers.
Every cup of coffee purchased is not just a fragrant beverage, but also a contribution to our common victory.
"Coffee from educators has once again united us all around a common goal – to support those who defend our country daily. All funds raised will be donated to the Armed Forces needs, so our soldiers feel our support and gratitude," said Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov.
The Director of the Department of Education and Science, Olena Buinevych, thanked everyone for their incredible support, noting that in just a few days, "Coffee with Education" raised nearly 1.7 million hryvnias.
Additionally, treats and gifts from children were handed over to veterans undergoing rehabilitation.
