Russia's Second Attack on SOCAR Oil Facilities
Russia has once again targeted SOCAR oil facilities in the Odessa region, raising significant concerns regarding Azerbaijan's security, which calls for an urgent response from the international community.
This was stated by Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga on social media.
«Last night, Russian forces struck the SOCAR oil terminals in the Odessa area. This marks the second attack on the Azerbaijani state company in recent weeks. Moscow is deliberately acting against the interests of Azerbaijan», Sibiga emphasized.
He further noted that this situation highlights the necessity for enhanced cooperation between Ukraine and Azerbaijan, as well as the urgent need for appropriate diplomatic and legal responses to such aggressive actions.
