New Attack on Odesa: Residents Affected
Odesa is once again under attack. There are casualties.
This was reported by the emergency services.
A nine-story building was hit, with fires spreading through apartments on the 7th, 8th, and 9th floors. Fifty residents were evacuated. Using specialized equipment, ten individuals were rescued from the upper floors, including two children.
According to preliminary reports, four people were injured.
A Resilience Point has been set up near the building, where psychologists are available.
Rescuers are monitoring the movement of the damaged structural elements of the building using a seismograph to prevent dangerous debris from falling on the personnel.
Cleanup efforts are ongoing.
