New Project Blending Literature and Cinema
The Centralized City Library System for Children in Odessa has launched an exciting new project for young book and film enthusiasts called «Book in Frame».
To celebrate the birthday of the renowned Ukrainian writer and recipient of the T.G. Shevchenko National Prize, Volodymyr Rutkivskyi, the project «Book in Frame» has kicked off in the children's libraries of Odessa.
The movie adaptation of Volodymyr Rutkivskyi's work «The Sentry's Post» has captured the attention of both Ukrainian and European audiences. It tells a story about our history intertwined with contemporary themes. As part of this project, library readers will have the opportunity to watch the film and discuss their impressions afterward.
