Women's Career Hub in Odessa
A women's career hub called «Vona» is operating in Odessa. This initiative was created to support women who have experienced domestic or gender-based violence in finding employment or starting their own businesses.
By reaching out to the «Vona» hub, women can:
- schedule a free and confidential consultation with a career advisor for personalized job search support;
- receive a referral from the career advisor for individual consultations with a psychologist to assist during employment and adaptation in a new workplace;
- take advantage of free professional courses to acquire new knowledge, skills, and professions, as well as attend training sessions and webinars aimed at developing professional and communication skills.
«Vona Hub. Odessa» is a joint project of the Odessa City Council and the UN Population Fund in Ukraine.
