Water Supply Issues in Odesa
An emergency situation occurred on one of the aqueducts in Odesa, proving to be more complex than initially expected. According to the press service of «Infoksvodokanal», specialists worked tirelessly throughout the night. By morning, they managed to stop the leak and temporarily restore water supply, but repair work continues.
«Currently, our experts are preparing for excavation and welding work, which will take quite some time», – stated in the official announcement.
As a result, water supply has been temporarily restricted and pressure reduced for some residents of the Kyiv and Khadyzhibei districts in Odesa.
This affects Akademika Koroleva Street, Heavenly Hundred Avenue, as well as the streets of Simyi Glodan, Levitan, Varnenska, Kosmonavtiv, Inglezi, Heroiv Krut, and Lustdorf Road. According to preliminary estimates, repairs are expected to be completed by 10 PM.
