Critical Damage to High-Rise After Attack

On the night of July 24, a nine-story building on Oleksandr Kutuzakiy Street suffered critical damage due to enemy shelling: the structures of the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors of the second entrance collapsed completely, and there were significant damages to load-bearing walls and staircases.

A technical inspection of the building was conducted, revealing that its condition is unstable — gradual vertical sagging of the ceiling plates has been observed.

The emergency commission declared the second entrance as hazardous, with a risk of partial collapse. All residents have been evacuated, with recommendations to stay with relatives, friends, or in communal centers.

Until the structure is stabilized, remaining in the building, particularly conducting any work, poses a danger to life. Currently, 24-hour security has been established to prevent loss of life and property.
